Design-Build  With the Design-Build project delivery method, a team is assembled by Clark & Leatherwood with the primary focus being the goal of the client, with a single point of overall project control. The team will include Architects, Engineers and Consultants, each selected for their ability to provide maximum contribution to the project. Each team member is responsible for providing the best possible product for the least possible cost. During the entire process of Design-Build all project requirements are constantly analyzed for Time, Cost and Quality.
