In the Design-Build project delivery method, a team is assembled by Clark & Leatherwood, with the primary focus being the goal of the client, with a single point of overall project control.

The team includes Architects, Engineers, and Consultants, each selected for their ability to perform and remain focused on the mission of the project which includes constantly analyzing time, cost and quality.

Clark & Leatherwood has successfully completed Design-Build projects with a combined total value of over 50 million dollars.

The Contractor or Design-Builder becomes the single source of accountability for the owner in construction related matters. He makes the decisions and procures project requirements in the best possible way with project needs, cost, and benefit being paramount in his recommendations, decisions, and actions.
